If you had linked your App Store and/or Facebook account, you can log in to your account and access your game data. However, if your game data is currently being played with a "Guest" account, we advise you contact our Customer Support Center after performing the following actions and provide them this information:
- Create a new game account and link it with Facebook (preferred), Game Center, or Google Play account.
- The new game account should be created on the same device as the old (Guest) account.
- If the device was lost or defective, please provide a screenshot of your purchase receipt as an alternative verification of the account.
- Contact our Customer Support channel with the following details:
- New Nickname and PID
- Old Nickname and PID
- Character information Race/Level/Class/Nicknames (lost account)
- Device Information (e.g., model, platform)
- Purchase Receipts
