First, you should know that not all packs can be gifted. To know which packs you can gift, look for a yellow Gift Box icon beside the checkout button. This feature will be disabled if you are participating in game modes that take your Castle outside your normal Kingdom such as Blood Moon and True World. This also applies to your recipient ally. So, if they are not in their home Kingdom, they will not be able to receive Gifts.
Additionally, if you aren't able to gift a package to specific friend, it is possible that either:
- They have reached the purchase limit of the package through direct purchase or as a gift from another player.
- The pack is not available in your friends' store.
