- Domination is held once every 4 weeks among 24 Empires.
- Empires can start City Battles by declaring war and can conquer the city upon winning the battle.
- Obtain additional Rewards by conquering more cities and conquering the opponent's last remaining city to subordinate the Alliance Leader.
- When the last Round of Domination ends, the total number of owned cities will determine the ranks among empires, with victory won by the empire with the most conquered cities.
