It is possible that your device may be desynced from the game. You can try the following to correct your notification timer:
- Restart the device to refresh your current session
- Check your device notification settings and turn them off and back on again
- If the device is still not in-sync with your notifications from the game, try removing the game and downloading it again from the store
(Please make sure your account is linked before you attempt a game reinstallation to protect your data)
- If you have recently switched accounts or devices, that may also be a reason as to why notifications are delayed
